As the firebreak lockdown comes to an end, our services and facilities will be ready to welcome you back on Monday 9th November. You can find the opening times of our centres here.

We are following Covid-19 Guidance set out by Welsh Government and UK Active across our services and facilities to help keep you and our other customers, staff and volunteers safe. You can find the measures we have in place and the guidelines you will need to follow here.

We take your safety very seriously and have worked hard to make our facilities a safe environment. If you’re nervous about coming back, please contact us. We can either talk you through the safety measures we have in place or we can organise a member welcome for you to meet our team and look around.

When we reopen, you will notice one main change to our services, as organised indoor group activities for people aged 11 and over are now limited to a maximum group size of 15. This will affect our group exercise classes and some of our other indoor activities.

You can find an update on our services below and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Book online or by downloading the pink Newport Live Bookings app.

Memberships and Direct Debits

If your membership or Direct Debit was live at the time of our closure, your Direct Debit will have been collected on the 1st November 2020 at a reduced price (we have credited you for the closure period during October and reduced availability in November) and your membership will be reactivated from Monday 9th November.
