It is located opposite Newport Train Station next to Admiral House in Cambrian Centre, Cambrian Road. It is formerly the location of the Gym Group and is just a ten-minute walk from Newport Centre. The centre has entrances on Cambrian Road and the plaza in front of Admiral House.
The centre has a wide variety of new and familiar cardiovascular and functional training equipment. Along with a bespoke free weights area, a group exercise area for high and low-intensity classes and indoor cycling. There is something for everyone!
Staff and fitness instructors are available to welcome members into the dedicated social area and guide and support members on their fitness journey. Tailored personal support and 1 to 1 sessions will also continue for members.
Station is a cashless venue, please pay by card or contactless device for activities and refreshments.
A 20p coin will be required for the lockers which will be returned after use.

Parking at Station
Members and Pay & Players can benefit from 3 hours of free onsite car parking when using the gym or participating in a class at Station.
Each time you visit Station you will need to register and validate your car parking. To do this you will need to input your vehicle registration number into the tablet located at the reception desk.
If you require any assistance, please speak to a member of the team.
Please note that failure to register and validate your car parking will result in a Penalty Charge Notice from Smart Parking. (Station car park is managed by Smart Parking.)
Station Bike Storage
Store your bike in a safe and secure location in Newport City Centre at Station Bike Storage.
Located in Station Quarter, Cambrian Centre, Cambrian Road, Newport, NP20 4AD. Station Bike Storage is open Monday to Friday 6am to 10pm.
Bike storage is free to Newport Live members and from just £1.10 for non-members.

New Leisure Facility
In February 2021, cabinet approved the creation of a purpose-built centre, with modern facilities, located on a key riverfront site to replace the ageing Newport Centre.
It will be built to the highest possible environmental and sustainable standards.
