Main Art Gallery
On display from Wed 2 Sept - Tues 29 Sept 2026
Meet The Artist: Sat 5 Sept 1pm & 3pm

'In Ruins' showcases mixed media paintings by Andrew Hardwick, whose studio is near the River Severn. Drawing on personal memories of a changing local landscape, his richly textured works capture a fleeting space between industrial decline and redevelopment, where nature briefly reclaims ruined sites before warehouses and tarmac take over.

Queer Joy: Photography & Stories by Kim Patridge

Upstairs Mezzanine Gallery
Launch: Friday 4 September at 7:30pm
On display throughout September

Queer Joy is a new portrait and storytelling exhibition by South Wales photographer Kim Partridge, celebrating the lives, identities and experiences of LGBTQIA+ people across Wales.

Created through a series of intimate portrait sessions and recorded conversations, the exhibition brings together striking black-and-white photography with the participants’ own words. Around 20 people were invited to talk openly about their queer identities, what it means to be part of the community in 2026, and where they find their queer joy.
