Description of the Role
Support the delivery of inclusive sport and physical activity sessions and events across Newport, helping create welcoming environments that encourage participation.
Main Activities
- Assist with session setup/pack down;
- welcome participants;
- support coaching staff;
- help with basic administration;
- encourage engagement;
- ensure safe environment.

Minimum Age
14 years
DBS Check
Volunteer DBS check for those 16+ will be provided
Training Provided
Sport Leaders 1 and level 2. Disability inclusion training.
Dress Code
- Dress appropriately for the session / weather
- Comfortable footwear
