Newport Live run an inclusive swimming programme that follows the Learn to Swim Wales framework.

For those with additional needs, we can offer accessible swimming sessions which allow swimmers to attend the pool in a safe manner and under the guidance of an instructor.

If additional support in the water is required a parent/guardian/carer must access the water with you. 

Swimmers in the accessible lessons follow the Learn to Swim Wales framework with adaptations made by our teaching team where required to ensure all learners have the opportunity to learn to swim.
