Join Momentwm for this fun walking challenge, which culminates in a Riverfront park walk!

The program aims to gradually enhance your fitness over six weeks, with two walks per week at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales. In the final week, the group will participate in the Riverfront Park Run 5k (walking)

Walking sessions will take place:

6pm Mondays and Wednesdays at the Geraint Thomas Velodrome.

You'll also receive fantastic free 10-week Newport Live membership (if not already a Newport Live member) at the end of the programme.

Starting Monday 6th October – Mondays and Wednesdays 10-11am finishing Saturday 15th November

Starting Tuesday 11th November – Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm finishing Saturday 20th December (limited spaces remaining)
