We are getting closer
Following the most recent update from the Welsh Government earlier today, we are thrilled to announce we will be able to welcome you back to our centres from Monday 10th August. We’re looking forward to getting active together soon!

We ask you to be patient with us at this time as we put the final preparations in place so that we are ready for your return.

Next week we will share more details on the facilities and sessions that will be available, what will be happening to memberships and direct debits as well as more detailed information about changes to our facilities. We'll also let you know what we'll be doing to support you if you're not quite ready to return to us yet.

Coming back will mean you will have to do things a little differently to help protect you, our other customers and our staff, but rest assured, our team will be on hand to support your wellbeing and to inspire you to be happier and healthier, together.

What you can expect
When you visit us, you’re going to notice changes we have made to ensure we live up to our commitment to keep everyone safe. These include:
•    All sessions will need to be booked in advance
•    A reduction in the number of users in the building
•    Relocation of gyms and equipment
•    Changes to our timetables and relocation of our classes
•    Enhanced cleaning regimes as well as cleaning and sanitisation products provided
•    Social distance and directional signage to follow as you move around our buildings

We will share our guidelines with you in advance of your visit and we encourage you to familiarise yourself with them before we reopen.

Get yourself ready

Newport Live Card
To book and use our facilities for any activity, you will require a Newport Live card.

Without it, you will not be able to access your session and for safety purposes, this allows us to monitor how many people are using our venues.

On your first visit please collect your Newport Live card from reception. You will also be required to have your photograph taken.

I have lost my Newport Live card
If you have previously had a card which has been misplaced, please email enquiries@newportlive.co.uk Please include your name, postcode, date of birth and customer number if you have it. Please also let us know which of our sites you will be visiting so we can ensure your card is ready at reception for you to collect when you arrive for your first visit. You may also be required to have your photograph taken if this is not already on our system.

Your Details
Please ensure that the details we hold about you are up to date. These are required should we need to contact you about your session or if we need to support the NHS Wales Test Trace Protect service. https://www.newportlive.co.uk/en/book/login/
