RPM
An indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Led by inspiring instructors and powerful music, RPM takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. It improves aerobic fitness, burns calories, and builds lower-body strength in a fun, energising way.

Body Pump
The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Body Combat
A high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout that’s completely non-contact. You’ll punch, kick, strike and kata your way through a workout set to upbeat music. Body Combat improves coordination, agility and fitness, while building confidence and releasing stress in a fun and empowering way.
