A bit more about the Les Mills classes:
RPM
An indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Led by inspiring instructors and powerful music, RPM takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. It improves aerobic fitness, burns calories, and builds lower-body strength in a fun, energising way.
Sprint
A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout on a bike. It uses short bursts of high-intensity effort followed by rest periods, designed to push you to your limits and deliver fast results. Sprint improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, and maximises calorie burn in a short, sharp session.
Body Pump
The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump is a total body workout that increases strength, improves endurance, and challenges all major muscle groups. It’s scientifically backed, fun, and leaves you feeling motivated and powerful.
Body Combat
A high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout that’s completely non-contact. You’ll punch, kick, strike and kata your way through a workout set to upbeat music. Body Combat improves coordination, agility and fitness, while building confidence and releasing stress in a fun and empowering way.
