‘My Normal F**king Sex Life’ is a one-woman comedy show that explores the normal/not so normal things female presenting people experience that contribute towards their attitudes to sex and safety.  Tori is 31, newly single, sat in a sexual health clinic. And… she has her first ever STI.  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Tori Lyons - Writer and Performer

Tori Lyons is a multidisciplinary artist from RCT, whose work spans theatre and screen, including writing comedy for BBC Wales and her debut short film ‘Justice’ which has just hit the festival circuit for 2026.

Tori often uses comedy and semi-autobiographical storytelling to explore complex and often taboo subjects. Her mission is simple: to make the uncomfortable feel comfortable.

Tori’s recent acting credits include Sali in BBC Wales Comedy ‘Babes’, Llinos in ‘No Man’s Land’ with Sherman and RCT Theatres and Anna in Ffilm Cymru’s ‘To Be Here’.

Tori’s creative facilitation practice has led her to work with a variety of Welsh charities including New Pathways, who are partnered on this project.

‘My Normal F**king Sex Life’ is her debut play.

Eleri Jones - Director

Eleri is a multi-arts Director from North Wales working across Theatre, TV and Film. Passionate about platforming underrepresented voices, Eleri consciously works with diverse, female led teams wherever possible.

Her previous theatre work includes Theatr Brycheiniog (CEO, 2024-25), Man and Boy (Director of Cameras) and The Ocean at the End of the Lane (Resident Director) for the National Theatre, and Celebrated Virgins, Gwyl Gaeaf and Women Rediscovered for Theatr Clwyd. 

Eleri and Tori’s previous collaborations include short films To Be Here (Ffilm Cymru/BFI Network) and Justice (Like An Egg Productions), written and starring Tori, and directed by Eleri, which is currently being released on the international festival circuit. As someone also living with Complex PTSD, Eleri would like to say a huge personal thank you to Tori for her astounding bravery, and for inviting her to collaborate on this remarkable and ground breaking piece.

Peter Mooney - Producer

Peter is a producer, actor/musician and freelance tax advisor.

Producing credits include: “Green Fingers”, for Oshi’s World (Welsh tour), “The Misadventures of Pinocchio” (Welsh tour) for The Bohemians Theatre Company and “Sprinkles” for the Sherman. He also created and project managed the “Open Book” scheme for Theatr Clwyd.
 

As an actor/musician, Peter’s credits include “Playboy of the Western World” (National Theatre), “The Commitments” (West End and UK tour), along with many credits for various regional theatres across the UK.

Since 2020, he has also been operating a tax advice service under the name TaxBackandCraic. How anyone takes this seriously as a financial service remains a mystery to this day.

Delyth Evans - Set & Costume Designer

Delyth Evans trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating in 2018.

Danny is a multi-skilled artist who works across various mediums and sectors within theatre and live immersive events, bridging design, producing, and production management while using practical creative technology to bring worlds alive.

Eadyth Crawford - Composer & Sound Designer

Through her career as producer/composer, Eadyth Crawford has been on a creative journey, building an impressive portfolio that includes composing for notable productions like Theatre Sherman’s  "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "Merthyr Stigmatist," and "Imrie."

She is also known for her musical collaboration with Theatr Iolo’s “The Welsh Dragon” and her work in Dal Gafael with National Youth arts Wales. She continues to collaborate as a sound designer/Composer, with recent collaborations with vertical dance company Hedydd, showcasing ‘Hiraeth|Lost roots’ in Bangor music festival 2025 and Byth Bythoedd Amen by Mared Jarman and Lleidr y Lleisiau in collaboration with Theatr Cymru.

KJ - Lighting Designer

KJ is a lighting designer working globally across Theatre, Dance and Opera. They are a professional member of the Association of Lighting Production and Design and a graduate of the ALPD 20:20 Lumiere Scheme.

Sophia Karpaty - Creative Enabler

Sophia is a Cardiff based creative, graduating in Theatre and Drama from the University of South Wales in 2018, working across arts sectors with an LGBTQ+ and Learning Disability focus. Sophia trained as a Creative Enabler with Hijinx Theatre and works across multiple artforms, supporting artists for the duration of their project.

Previous credits as Creative Enabler include Jeremy Linnell's Truthformation, Music Theatre Wales' Future Directions and Hijinx Theatre's street show 'Robots' across the UK, Germany and Kyrgyzstan.

Elspeth Goodman - Stage Manager (On The Book)

Elspeth is a freelance Stage Manager based in Cardiff. Most recently, she was the Technical Stage Manager for Frozen Light’s National Tour of ‘The Ancient Oak of Baldor’ (2025 - 2026).

Previous credits also include Company Stage Manager for Greenfingers (Oshi’s World, 2026), Stage Manager for ‘Four Dholis and a Divorce’ (Home MCR, 2025) and Stage Manager for Moonbeam Theatre’s SEN School Tours  (2024 -2025)

babirye bukilwa - Dramaturg

babirye is an actor, model, poet and writer born and raised in pre-gentrified Bethnal Green.

Their first play, ...BLACKBIRD HOUR, was shortlisted for the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting 2019, the inaugural Women’s Prize for Playwriting 2020, and the Alfred Fagon Award 2020, and premiered at the Bush Theatre prior to a UK tour with Vital Xposure in Spring 2025. Its prequel, …CAKE, was presented at Theatre Peckham in 2021 to critical acclaim, and was nominated for an Off WestEnd Award for Best Production of 2021 and for the Alfred Fagon Award 2021.

They co-directed their play THE MASTER’S HOUSE (shortlisted for the George Devine Award 2022) with Chris Sonnex for the National Youth Theatre in 2021, and subsequently developed it into a short film and a radio play with Talawa/BBC R4 (TX 2024).

They are currently under commission to the Royal Court Theatre, and to Soho Theatre/Clean Break with support of the Peggy Ramsay Foundation/Film 4.
