Cultivate is a platform for artists to share their radical, atypical and progressive new ideas. It is a ‘work in progress’ performance night that allows the audience to meet artists as they share their new work.

The Riverfront Theatre and Arts centre have been honoured to work with many great artists who have been able to use the platform as a pathway into the industry, promote their work and build their career.

Through Cultivate, The Riverfront have formed partnerships with associate artists who work in conjunction to promote arts and culture in Newport city and encourage more artists to take advantage of the platform and the opportunities The Riverfront are able to offer.

On Thursday 29 September Cultivate is back in the theatre with new artists showcasing their pieces. Whether you fancy watching a performance covering forward-looking topics or you’d like the chance to meet local artists and be a part of the community, Cultivate is the perfect opportunity.
