covid-19 update - 25 March
Due to the current coronavirus crisis, Newport Live venues are currently closed and we will not be re-opening to the public until the Government releases guidance that it is safe to do so.
Due to our reduced workforce and limited access to our systems, from Thursday 26 March 2020, the Newport Live phonelines will be unavailable until further notice.
If you need to contact a member of the Newport Live team, please email enquiries@newportlive.co.uk and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Newport Live social media is being monitored on a reduced basis.
During our closure, any memberships including health and fitness, tennis or integrated swimming programme or swimming lessons with Newport Live have been automatically frozen and direct debit payments will not be taken.
Customers with tickets to upcoming performances at The Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre have been contacted via email and phone. If you have yet to hear from us, more details can be found here.
We ask for your patience and understanding at this time. We have been overwhelmed by all of your positive feedback and we are extremely grateful. Our heartfelt thanks to you all and we look forward to the time when we are able to welcome you back to Newport Live again.
