We understand that being able to exercise and keep fit is essential to the wellbeing of some of our customers, particularly at this time, and as such in line with other national leisure providers our other facilities are currently open. You will see a change and an increase in our cleaning regime at all Newport Live sites. Public Health opinion is also that water and the chlorine within swimming pools will help to kill the virus, however, please consider the interaction that you have beyond the swimming activity itself.

If you or a family member has a membership, is enrolled in swimming lessons or has another booking and is having to self-isolate or wishes to not attend during this time, please call our team on 01633 656757 or email enquiries@newportlive.co.uk  who will be able to advise. We ask for your patience at this time, as we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls.

We will get in touch with all customers who have tickets booked for upcoming shows or bookings in the Riverfront Theatre.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our priority and we are following advice from UK Government and Public Health Wales closely and will provide an update with further changes and developments.
