Grade 2 SCP 11 – 14 / £16,431 - £17,537 pro rata

We are looking to recruit an individual who has a suitable National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (RLSS) for the post of a Recreation Assistant to work alongside our existing team.
The successful applicants will be based at the Geraint Thomas Velodrome, Newport Stadium and Regional Pool & Tennis Centre and will assist in ensuring all visitors of Newport Live venues experience a welcoming and safe environment that is fit for purpose, resulting in maximum enjoyment and repeat usage of venues.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to a successful Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS) check.
