If you're new to cycling or getting back on the bike, this free and supportive 4-week programme helps you ride independently and reach your goals — whether it’s commuting or completing a 50K ride. 


Programme Information:

Currently dates are available for Spring 2026 as follows:

26th March - 18th April

30th April - 23rd May


Location:
Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales 

Sessions: 
Thursdays at 6pm & Saturdays at 9am 

Programme includes: 
• 2 led rides/week 
• 1 independent ride/week 
• Personalised Support with a qualified ride leader.
