Indoor Group Cycling at newport live

The Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales is home to our state-of-the-art Indoor Group Cycling Studio housing 40 award-winning Tomahawk IC7 bikes.

Featuring consoles on the handlebars, riders can receive feedback based on their performance, helping you to feel empowered and allowing our fitness instructor to provide a more accurate and tailored class experience.

Coach by Color®

A revolutionary new group cycling coaching system that is bespoke to every individual in the room! Cycle to a level tailored to you with colour zones, each colour represents an intensity, a much easier way to work to your own personal level than a normal spin class.

MyRide® Live

An immersive virtual workout that runs for 30 and 50 minutes, you'll get to choose studio-based classes, or go global with virtual tours across Patagonia, Sydney and more! Please note that no colour coaching is used in MyRide® Live.

A fun and enjoyable session with a light-hearted competitive edge as riders’ distances, speed and who spent the longest in certain colours are shown on the screen. Nobody is ever singled out! There is the option to opt out and remain anonymous if riders so wish.

Scheduled around our live sessions. Virtual tour sessions display on screen scenic views from all over the world. Coach by Color® can be used alongside these sessions to provide riders with information on their speed and zone.
