The National Exercise Referral Scheme (Sometimes also referred to as NERS) is designed to provide help and guidance for those people with chronic conditions to improve their Health and Wellbeing. We provide  exercise classes with fully qualified exercise professionals in a friendly and supportive environment.   Conditions which are currently catered for  include:-

  • Back Care
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation
  • Falls Prevention for the Elderly
  • Mental Health 
  • Respiratory Conditions
  • Stroke Rehabilitation
  • Weight Management 

You can be referred to our Exercise Referral Scheme by your Health Professional or GP. You will be offered an appointment with an Exercise Referral Professional who will then explain more about your pathway to improved quality of life.
