In the first instance any day to day complaints or issues on any services, events and activities we offer, can be raised face to face with our staff. We love to get feedback on our services, activities and events in order to continually improve. If you are disatisfied with the response you receive from our staff and feel that you would like to raise it at a more senior level, you will have to lodge a formal complaint.
