the riverfront theatre & arts centre update - 24 march
Thank you to all customers for your patience and understanding over the last week as we have tried to deal with a difficult situation as quickly and as conveniently as possible. Over the last week we have been working to reschedule as many of our cancelled performances as possible.
We have contacted the majority of our bookers via email and phone to give you updates on your ticketing options, but for some customers the details we hold on file for you are either incorrect or outdated. If you have yet to hear from us please follow the below guidance and make sure you update the contact details we have on file for you.
At this stage we only want to hear from customers who have booked for the below shows. If your show is not on this list please do not contact us but instead wait for further guidance.
Rescheduled shows
The below shows have been rescheduled. If you have tickets booked for any of these events, we will automatically transfer tickets across to the new date and your tickets will remain valid and your seat numbers will be the same. Just make a note of the new date (you can write this on your tickets if you already have them).
If you cannot make this date we can issue you a full refund, please contact us on 01633 656679 or 656757 or email riverfront.boxoffice@newportlive.co.uk so we can process this, we may have to re-take your card details over the phone. We are not currently able to refund you in person.
If you are in receipt of your tickets we will need them to be returned to the box office before we can issue an exchange or refund. Please post these back to The Riverfront, Kingsway, Newport, NP20 1HG.

We will automatically transfer your tickets to the corresponding Thursday, Friday or Saturday performance in July but of course you are welcome to exchange for any of the new dates. Please let us know by 10 April if you require a refund.
